This page is to document BC seine boats including some historic boats. I have given a bit of info on each one but please do add your comments with more stories of builders, owners or crew of each boat. For BC seiners that I have missed please sent pictures to me that you have the rights for or that you have taken. They will go on a separate page. It would be nice to get a pic of each boat. - Marinet: Build by W. R. Menchions Vancouver in 1947 for Louie Percich now owned by Ken Chickite, Cape Mudge
- Marsons: after relaunch at Shelter Island
- Marsons off the Canadian register in 2011.
- Martha K built 1929 by Y. Nakade of Steveston. Under converstion to pleasure boat for past several years. May never see water again.
- One of the Martinolich boats sold to the US
- Milbanke Sound: Built Benson Bros of Vancouver in 1963.
- Miss Carmen taken off the Canadian registry in April 2010. This pic at Annieville in ’07. Now shipping in Alaska.
- Pacific Marl, Miss Georgina, Adriatic, Western Warrior
- Miss Georgina was built by Matsumoto at Dollarton BC in 1954, in 2012 owned by Menzies Fishing.
- Miss Helen buit 1949 by A.C. Benson, Vancouver
- Miss Helen: Built 1949 A.C. Benson Shipyard, Vancouver, BC
- Misty Moon no longer resistered in Canada as of January 2012.
- Misty Moon no longer on the Canadian register, here rigged for trawl at Steveston in ’08
- Mitchell Bay: Built 1937 at Alert Bay by James Sharne.
- My Lady: Built 1990 Earling Sylte, Maple Ridge, Leader Fishing owns 1/64 and company in Clackamas, Oregon owns 63 shares
- Mystic Wind: Canadian registry closed May 2009
- Mystic Wind Frastad-built taken off the Canadian register in 2009, report has moved to US.
- Nafco: Built 1941 by Marpole Boat Works, owned by Vladimir Cerinj, Vancouver

- Neekis: built Bensons Bros, Vancouver in 1978
- New Queen: A great boat designed by Robert Allan, launched for Dick Anzulovich in 1953 and named to honour the 1952 coronation of Queen Elizabeth. Sold to US owners.
- New Venture: The former seiner, built by Sam Matsumoto has been converted into a yacht. It is all over,
- Nicole Joye: Built 1978 by Mike Gooldrup at Campbell River.
- Nita Dawn built Shore 1974.
- Nordic Queen: Built by Rivtow now owned equally by Jim Pattison and Pacifif Faith Fisheries which is the Sewid family of Campbell River
- Ocean Venture: Built 1975 Frostad in Delta
- Ocean Achiever: Built 1988 Allied Shipbuilders in this pic collecting gillnet fish in Steveston, BC.
- Ocean Invader, rigged for tuna, built Allied Shipyard 1980
- Ocean Ranger built 1973 by Pelagic Pacific Industries, Victoria, BC
- Ocean Splendor: Built Frostad, Richmond, 1979
- Ocean Star: built by Matsumoto in 1955, in 2010 owned and operated by Willis Crosby as sport fishing charter boat
- Ocean Star built Matsumoto at Dollarton in 1955.
- Ocean Summer ready to depart Vancouver Harbour for Alaskan in May of 2000, Canadian registry closed 1999.
- Ocean Viking built 1972 by Frostad Boatworks, converted from Seiner
- Odysseus built 1974 by Matsumoto in North Van. Owned 2012 by G.W. Wasden fisheries.
- Osprey No.1 former Canadian seiner now in Seattle
- Our Own at the Steveston fisherman’s dock now US owned.
- Pacific Aggressor built 1975 by Pelletier Welding in Port Alberni, Jim Pattison controls 44/64 shares
- Pacific Belle rigging for hag fish (slime eels) after being bought by US
- Pacific Challenger at Port Near Rogue River, ex BC boat, removed from Canadian registry June 22, 2010. Being rigged for tuna.

- Pacific Predator: On sea trials in Indian Arm off Burrard Inlet prior to delivery in 1990s, Now in US
- Pacific Faith: coming from a test set in Indian Arm 1990s. Terry Krook reports: originally called the “Whitecap Investor” built by Seamaster. When she was new Don Silvey packed with it. Canfisco had and called it Cape Palmerston.
- Pacific Harvester built 1960 by A.C. Benson, Vancouver. Owned 2012 by Leader Fishing.
- Pacific Horizon: Shore-built aluminum seiner on the Fraser River in 1994, taken off Canadian registry in 2010
- Pacific Journey: Candian built seiner now reg in Oregon, USA

- Pacific Marl, Krista Gail, Miss Georgina at False Creek Fisherman’s Terminal Sept. “08, Pacific Marl built 1927 in Steveston by S. Yamanaka. Was Charlie Clarke’s first boat.

- Pacific Quest: Very early Shore built 1973,
- Pacific Raider: Built in Washington USA in 1944, brought to Canada and then back to the US in 2000
- Pacific Reefer: packer, built 1970 b Shearwater Marine, Bella Bella, BC
- Pacific Viking: Built 1989 by Earling Sylte and stretched 2009, Owner Leader Fishing
- Pacific Warwind: belonged to the Larden family. Traveled to the South Pacific to fish tuna also seines salmon and herring. A good boat
